1. Program information

• What it is: a text messaging program that sends updates, reminders and information about the debt support services described on this website.

2. Consent and opt-in

By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from Freedom Path Solution, you:

• Consent to receive automated text messages from the Freedom Path Solution Alerts program, including messages sent for marketing purposes.
• Confirm that the number you gave us is yours and that you are allowed to receive messages on it.
• Understand that this consent is not a condition of buying anything from Freedom Path Solution, or of receiving any service.
• Accept that your carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply.

7. Carrier liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Freedom Path Solution is not responsible for delivery failures caused by technical problems, carrier outages, network congestion, or a device that cannot receive the message.

8. Supported carriers

The program works on the major United States carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular and Virgin Mobile, among others. Check with your carrier if you are not sure yours is supported.

9. Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to sign up. By signing up you confirm that you are.

10. Privacy

Your phone number and the records connected to it are used only for the purposes described here. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep, for how long, and who it is shared with — which, for phone numbers collected through this program, is no one.

11. Changes to the program

Freedom Path Solution may change or end this program at any time. If these terms change in a way that matters to you, we will tell you by text message or by publishing the change on this page.

12. Ending your participation

Freedom Path Solution may suspend or end your participation if:

• You break these terms.
• The service is used fraudulently or abusively.
• Your number stops working or is no longer in service.

13. No warranties

The messaging service is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied — including any warranty of accuracy, reliability, or that a message will arrive on time.

14. Limitation of liability

Freedom Path Solution is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from using, or being unable to use, this messaging service.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Freedom Path Solution operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
